Punchify is attendance and payroll software used by employers. Most questions are answered fastest by your own company, because they hold your account. For anything else, write to us.
Getting an account
There is no public sign-up. Your employer creates your Punchify account and gives you the mobile number and password to sign in with. If you have not been given one, ask your company's HR or administrator.
Getting the app
Open punchify.in/app on your phone — it takes you to your phone's own app store.
Cannot sign in
- Use the mobile number your company registered for you.
- Forgotten your password? On the sign-in screen, tap Forgotten your password? and then Tell my administrator. Your company's administrator is told and can set a new password for you.
- After 8 wrong tries, signing in pauses for 15 minutes to protect your account. Wait, then try again.
Attendance, leave and salary
Your employer decides how attendance, leave and pay are worked out, and can see and correct your record. Ask your company's HR first. In the app you can also tell the office that a detail on your profile is wrong.
Your data
How your information is used is in the Privacy Policy. To have your account deleted, see Delete your account.

Write to sagar280699@gmail.com. Tell us your company's name and what you were trying to do. Please do not send your password, Aadhaar, PAN or bank details by e-mail.
