Delete your account

Who holds your account

Your Punchify account is created by your employer, who uses Punchify for attendance and payroll. Your employer decides what is kept and for how long, so a deletion request goes to them.

How to ask

  1. Open the Punchify app and sign in.
  2. Open Settings and tap Delete my account.
  3. Confirm. Your company's administrators are told straight away.

Cannot sign in, or no longer have the app? Ask your employer directly, or write to sagar280699@gmail.com with your name, your company and the mobile number you signed in with. We will pass it to your employer.

What is deleted

  • Your login is removed as soon as your employer acts on the request, and every phone signed in with it is signed out.
  • Your location history keeps being deleted on its normal schedule, which your employer sets (see the Privacy Policy).

What may be kept

Attendance, salary, and PF / ESI records can be records your employer is required by law to keep for a number of years. Those stay with your employer for as long as the law requires, and are then deleted when your employer removes your record.
